Terms & Conditions

The terms on which we provide our website and waste comparison service.

Last updated: 31 August 2026

1. About us

This website is operated by Stratos Environmental ("we", "us", "our"), a commercial waste comparison broker based at Enterprise Way, London SW18 1GD. You can contact us at info@stratosenvironmental.co.uk or on +44 7448 730416.

2. Our service

Stratos Environmental is a broker. We compare commercial waste collection quotes from our network of licensed, registered waste carriers and help arrange a contract on your behalf. We do not collect, transport or dispose of waste ourselves — those services are provided by the third-party carrier you choose.

3. Quotes & no obligation

Any quote or estimate we provide is indicative and based on the information you give us. It is not a binding offer and may change once a provider confirms details such as waste type, bin size, frequency and location. Requesting a quote places you under no obligation to proceed.

4. Your responsibilities

5. Contracts with providers

Where you choose to proceed, your waste collection contract is between you and the provider (registered waste carrier). Their own terms, pricing, notice periods and service levels will apply. We are not a party to that contract and are not liable for the acts or omissions of the provider.

6. Our liability

We provide our comparison service with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from a provider's performance. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to Stratos Environmental and may not be reproduced without our permission.

8. Privacy

We process personal data in line with our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
